Hi Dale,

Welcome!

I've currently got a standard 90 (which does about 50 flat out). Prior to that I had a 125 pitbike (which would do about 60 flat out). I replaced that with a 140, it still did about 60, but it could do it uphill while towing a trailer.

I would recommend a 16 tooth front sprocket for slightly longer gears (if you haven't already). This should let it rev a bit lower, keeping it in the power at higher speeds. That's my theory anyway.

Seriously K&N filters seem to just add noise not speed (though I would have it just for the sound) I have drilled a couple of holes and generally trimmed up my c90 air filter. I like induction noise. Be prepared to forever mess with the carb once you change the air flow though.

Engine mounts are at the back of the engine, and on top. Both are bolts running right through (the top in has the little leg shied clips on it).

HTH

Much love

Ric <g>
