Hi Captain Jack..........funny you should say that about the silicone.........I'd only recently just siliconed between the lower and upper joint of the plastics above the speedo...it reduced it quite a bit then I put my hand on the headlight and realised this was the main culprit.

I'll be putting a nice bit of clear dowcorning I have left........the rattles are the only thing that irritates me on it......the injection one I had didn't rattle as much on the plastics.

Anyway I've ordered a headlight today.......Â£27 inc postage for new from webmoto,,,,,,,, more expensive second hand on eBay
