I was very happy with this key cutter service in the USA, reasonably priced with postage.
I tried a number of key cutters in this country and none were able to recognise the key number code that I gave them, but this company found it in an instant. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/260955200996

If you have an old bike with no keys, chances are you can find the key number on the locks somewhere.
