Thank you all for your responses so far.
Unfortunately this journey is looking like its coming to an end quite quickly.
I don't seem to be able to find any info on it at all. I'm not sure if it was sold locally although I would say back then it was.
I lost my Dad 2 years ago and in all my childhood photos i'm sat on his knee on this bike so thought it would be nice to try to get it.
DVLA don't seem to want to know
