AAARRRGGGHHHH,wheel off the 90 a couple of days ago in prep to sort puncture. She's wearing a matching (scored a new pair for free last year)pair of cst tyres,A bugger to get off as they are slightly oversize and feel very rigid and thick compared to the typical conti/metz 90 tyres...done a few thousand now and good grip all weathers...Wowzers I peeled away the old rim tape and several years of gaffa tape(yes mine)and its corrosion city!!! mmmm wire brush out/some black hammerite paint over it/one strip of gaffa tape around both edges of wheel and new rim tape/inner tube and prepare for the bastard that is trying not to pinch the new inner tube whilst refitting the tyre....ok half way done by hand, no choice next couple of bits done with tyre leavers carefully feeling where the inner tube is. Now the last and hardest bit where the tyre is stretched and it seems that levers are the only way! But no! with Fuzz's words of 'it can be done without levers' ringing in my ears I lubed up o.O and used all my weight and worked the last few inches in by hand and YES! I've only gone and bloody done it :D with sweat dripping from my head I empty a can of wd40 up inside the wheel arch and reassemble the cub. Oddly though no sharp puncture objects found just a sort of rub mark or nick in the tube/possibly from the corrosion inside the wheel..
