I paid upfront for two years unlimited storage.

About six months in, they imposed a limit, even though I was nowhere near the limit, even for a free account.
I had intended to put all my pictures there.

I was outraged that they basically welched on the deal, and asked for a refund for the second year. It never came.

Basically, they're unscrupulous thieves, and I vowed they would never get another penny from me, ever again.

How to destroy your reputation!
