No. The woman upstairs has bought her flat and is insisting that life here changes for me. One being that after 40yrs of having a bike there with no problems, it's now a problem. First it was an eyesore, that didn't work. Then it was a fire hazard so I got the fire brigade round who said it was not and then after about four months she found one dustman who said it was in the way. That was all it needed, that one dustman.
