i would be very weary of this kit, there are only two ways to fit a 110 top half to a c90 engine, as the 110 barrel has a larger spiggot diameter. 1:- is to totaly strip the engine and get the crank case mouth machined out to accept the larger barrel spiggot. (that is the safer way) 2:- is two have the 110 barrel skirt turned down to fit into the standard 90 caseings. but this leaves the spiggot with a wall thickness of about 0.8mm which is frightenly thin, although i have never heard of one failing, however a freind of mine did it this way and blew his big end out in about 2500 miles, postmortem results and a bit of research revieled that the 110 crank is a heavier duty crank. also you WILL need an oil cooler. by the time you have paid for the bits and machining, you would be far better contacting these people (pitbikeparts.co.uk (01789766777)) and buying a lifan 110 engine £135 plus postage about £18. the are also known as rhinomotad on ebay but more expensive there. change the clutch caseing for the 90 one and use the 110 adjuster and bolt it straight in, and benifit from the 4 speed gearbox as well, i bought one and have now done 3000 trouble free miles. hope this info helps, but this is My own personal opinion and you will have to go on your own way, as d/dave says "WELCOME TO THE DARK SIDE". and good luck, Griz.
