QUICK UPDATE.

I have installed the new choke and throttle cable and yesterday, checked the tappets that appear to be 'gapped' okay.

Whoever had the bike before me didn't look after her well, as it was a complete bu&ger to get of the tappet caps. Burred one of them, not happy.

I also couldn't get the inspection cap off the top side of the engine to set the T centre mark, so I had to remove the whole case, not knowing why a cable was hanging off and the neutral indictaor not working. After much deliberation I worked it out to be the neutral indicator. Just hope I have installed it correctly????? The green light doeth glow once more.

I have been unable to go for a engine warming run to see how she responds.
