If I could get any where near it maybe. 
My place was one of the only ones that had the bins. We counted 11 new bins in the whole street and we had two of them. They're gone now. One we dumped next door and the other went to a friend further down the street who wanted one. The logic of who got bags and who got bins is something no-one can fathom out.
