Leiba - joking aside, on the advice of one of here friends my wife got herself a product called the "she-wee" off the internet a few years ago, for camping trips/music festivals etc.

Took her a bit of practice (in the shower!) to get totally confident with it, but now she swears by it, and takes it/uses it at outdoors events etc often.
Totally discrete, just needs to hitch the jeans down a bit and away she goes.

Highly recommended by her!
