Sorry if I'm "preaching to the converted" but my reply was aimed at Griz who had said he couldn't see any advantage in a 3 valve set-up in his previuos post.I was also talking generally about 3 or 4 valve engines and was aware that this Lifan unit has 2 inlet & 1 exhaust valves and works as andy describes.
