Ady,you've forgotten to factor in the overheads.Electricity,water rates,gas,milk,sugar,washing up liquid,public liability insurance,health and safety compliance and urn hire all have to be considered.With all due respect,it's quite naive to think of a cup of tea as simply a boiled water/milk/sugar/teabag combo.
