Watch the gauge Pete, like most things French it works in mysterious ways. Stays full for a while then rapidly decends downwards to empty, unlike the Rover Maestro I had previously which went down at a steady rate all the way.
My first impressions of the C15 were that it is a bit tinny and it reminded me of my first peddle car I had as a kid. What I like about it though is the lack of electronic bollocks that can go wrong - no electric windows, mirrors, abs, airbags, seat adjustment, engine management computer or a range of sensors that detect how much money you have in your wallet and then all these sensors conspiring against you to the tune of twice the ammount of money available to you. It is just good old fashioned engineering that can be fixed with spanners, gaffer tape and cable ties, just like a Cub.
Oh and did you know the Citroen sign comes from Citroen making machinery to manufacture double helical gears. I think they were used on the Titanic, now there's a recommendation for you.
