Hi Leiba. The plastic ring around the lens is prone to just falling off and the reflector follows it. The led's will never wear out so superglue the ring in place. I took two friends on a long caving trip a while ago and I bought us three of these lights as backups. We ended up doing the whole trip on them. They are better than petzl caving lamps costing 120 quid. Hi Diddly. Got a nice reply from the guy who runs Bay Ness farm campsite at Whitby. He remembered me and the bike. He apologises but he is closing up for the winter. Would be good for a trip in spring though. This guy has a tank parked behind his house... I wonder if we could get Bogger a test drive, ? Have stayed at this place in the Wasdale valley before. Its about a mile from the lake and about quarter of a mile from the two pubs at Nether Wasdale.
