MAN DOWN!

A while back I posted that my ANF125i started going tickytackytickytacky. The local shops thought it was a bit of piston slap and said 'keep calm and carry on and see what happens'. Well.......5000 miles later tickytackytickytacky became clickyclackyclickyclacky, followed closely by tackatackatacka then a wee squeak! Game over, engine seized solid!

Plenty of oil in it and I have never let it run low + the longest I went between changes was 1500miles and that was only twice (every 1000 otherwise)...just in case anyone wants to ask.

I'm going to strip it down to see what's gone bad before getting the wallet out. But assuming the shops initial diagnosis was correct and this is the result, I will need a new Cylinder kit. The problem being that I can see loads of kits online for every Innova up to 2009 but mine is a 2010 model (anf125-A). Other than giving Mr Honda Corp more money, does anyone any company selling pattern cylinder kits for the 2010 model?

Failing that, would it be a really stupid idea to whack in a Takegawa big bore kit seeing as little blue has already covered 21,776 miles?

Thanks in advance, Howard
