got mine from the builders merchants. I smoothed the edges with a red hot hacksaw blade to remove stress raisers, and a red hot circular nail to stress relieve the drilled holes.
Best way I found to form the shape is to use long screws, and bolt it to the nose fairing, then heat gently with a hot air gun, then gradually wind the bolts in to form it. take your time and it'll be fine. (don't get a hot spot and toast it..)
