I used some stiff cardboard as a mould. Felt tip line down the centre of the cardboard and precut windscreen so that you can line them both up. Trial bend the cardboard to get an idea of how much bend is needed.Screw four screws into top of workbench so that when opposite two edges of cardboard are clipped under protruding screw heads it has the right amount of bend upwards in the middle. Balance the screen on top of the cardboard with the felt tip marks lined up. One person applied heat gently from heatgun while other person gently pushes down on the edges of the screen. You will get more bend in the middle than the edges. Regards. Bob.
