A damn fine effort.

No gearbox failures then

So what would you do to avoid any of the issues given the chance?

Rebuild the wheels with HD spokes
Timesert the exhaust stud threads and the plug thread whilst your at it.
Valve problems are likely to be caused by gaps closing up the the heat so add an extra thou.
Clutch plates - replace with decent quality
Juddery brakes - prob no grease in the pivots from new (or cheepo stuff)
