I agree with the comments above. I reckon if one of us were to build it out of the crate most of the problems would not come to light. I bet if the spokes were retentioned that problem may disappear as well perhaps? About four or so years ago the local Honda dealer gave up the franchise and statred selling Chinese made bikes and scooters. I asked the lads in the workshop what they were like. Basically they said if the machines were properly put together, greasing everything inc wheel bearings etc and lubricating pivot points and cables there were no inherant problems. Even back then they reckoned the the engine and gearboxes were fine as long as they were maintained, but that goes for any engine I suppose.
