That looks good. 120c is the ideal scale for an engine. This is mine (250c was all I could find on Ebay). I just drilled a hole and araldited it in.
Mine's a secondary clutch engine, so it would probably have to go somewhere else on a primary.

It actually goes in a bit further than this.. This was just the first experimental hole the size of the thin rod, but I drilled a bigger one to sit the large bit of the dial against the case and the rod reaches to the bottom of the oil.
