Hi there Andy , i always wear skiing under gear which i purchased from Aldi's A couple of years ago which includes long boot socks , long john leggings & long sleeved T'shirt top @ £10 each but worth every penny for me .
Then i just stick all my normal stuff over the top , bar muffs with velcro Oxford heated grips are a godsend @ £60 but spoil looks but who cares !

! i almost leave them on all year round now the grips need a bit of time to get climatised to .
This is normally good enough for me but due to extreme monsoon wet weather conditions and the length of time being out exposed in it i must admit i was rather damp when i got home with muffs steaming !

! But my faithful Scruffs rigger boots were water tight has always @ £60 a pair .
