i have tried a 275 on the back but prefer a 250 as i find it handles a bit odd with a 275, but i think you would get used that, plus i found with the slightly higher rear end the bike leans over a to far when on the side stand, lots of folk on here prefer the 275. its a personal thing. do try to get some fuzz shocks, they do transform your bike for the better, fitting fuzz shocks is the best mod you can do to a 90,(just pop the cheque in the post Fuzz

) you would posibly be better getting cheaper tyres and the fuzz shocks.
