Innova Electric Start Problems

My Innova has recently decided that the electric start was going on holiday .

It'll turn over (sometimes) but very slowly. I've replaced the battery with a fresh one but she still turns over very slowly.

She starts first kick.

Any suggestions? (2009 anf125i)
