Hi Matt

Inlet - .07mm ( 3 thou.) exhaust - .1mm ( 5 thou.)
The oil subject is contentious. but I've used 10w40 car oil semi synth. ( ie Castrol GTX ) with no clutch slip at all. It's was cheap so I change at 500 miles and the gear change is the smoothest of most oils I've tried. The Townmate clutch is mounted on the secondary shaft so doesn't operate at the speeds of that in the Cub which may account for the lack of problems.
