Since the thread has been restarted by a spammer I thought I might as well update you you on how the DFC fared over the summer. The 2nd hand Jincheng Ranger exhaust fitted perfectly and that sorted out the slightly rough running. I did some plastic welding on the fairing and did an OK job on that, found some silver Simoniz wheel trim paint going cheap which was a perfect colour match on the plastics. Sorted a slow indicator flashing problem, corrosion on electrical contacts, and fitted a new plug head and HT cable. Not much money spent for 1200 miles of riding. I have been well pleased, I bought the bike just to keep me mobile until I get a c90 going but it really has been a pleasure to own.
