Yes Ady, if I was in the market for a cheap commuter that Giantco would be on my mind and I am glad I had the opportunity of owning a Chinese bike.

Thanks for asking Bob. Recovery is slow, I got a cold just now which doesn't help, small things set you back quite hard though a mate of mine said I shouldn't tell anyone about my cold as it is insignificant compared with the other things I have had over the last five years and it would be too ironic if I ended up with "Summer Cold" on my death certificate :) Having a cold is just diluting my medical c.v.

Seriously though I am progressing slowly in the right direction and in October I will get a scan and possibly a provisional all clear. Last time the doc looked down my throat he said he didn't see anything that 'looked' cancerous so fingers crossed. The good news was that I did not get chemo. The bad news was that I didn't get chemo because of my other health issues and chemo would have finished me off no question, so they had to be heavy on the gamma ray zapping.

Just today my neighbour said he would work on my C90 on his own (bless him) but it is the carb, fitting the oil cooler, and electrics that are left to do and I could only really let him do that under close supervision and an hour of that would leave me in bed for a couple of days. It is frustrating that there is only 2 days normal work left.

I am planning on getting better, buying a cruiser to sit beside my C90 and next year a few bike camping trips. Over the last year I have been buying the minimum I need for camping,
